JOHOR Baru will play host to the New Straits Times Press MyRumah Property Exhibition for the third time next weekend.
The exhibition will be held at Komtar JBCC here from Aug 3 to 5. NSTP advertising general manager Roche Chew said seven developers and four companies would be part of the exhibition, which would see more than 500 homes on offer.
He said the developers were Pulai Springs Resort Bhd, Bukit Pelali, Eco Tropics Sdn Bhd, Uda Land, Johor Land Bhd, Grand View Reality SB (Huayang) and Sunway Iskandar Sdn Bhd.
“The four other companies are Amanah Raya Bhd, Bank Muamalat, National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) and Takaful Ikhlas Bhd.
“For MyRumah Johor Baru, we aim tobattract 10,000 visitors or more. We are targeting to help those in the B40 and M40 group, as well as those who have just started their families,” he said at a media briefing with several of the developers at Komtar JBCC.
Present was NSTP southern region advertising head S. Linggaraj. Chew said Johor Baru was the third lo cation for the third series of the MyRumah exhibition, after Shah Alam and Sungai Petani.
The fourth, he said, would be at Mahkota Parade in Melaka.
“We are planning to have a fifth location. We will announce the location once things have been finalised,” he said.
