Customers may choose one of the following payment methods:
  • AUTO DEBIT (recurring payment)
    FAMILY TAKAFUL GENERAL TAKAFUL

    Auto debit your Family Takaful contribution through your savings or current account. By using this service, we will automatically deduct your contribution payment from your bank savings/current account.

    Products
    Individual Retail Family Takaful only.

    Timing
    A period of five (5) days is required to process registration with each financial institution/bank from received complete documentation.

    3. RHB Bank Berhad (RHB)

     

    Important Notices

    • Please obtain form the link https://www.takaful-ikhlas.com.my/sites/default/files/direct_debit_authorisation_form.pdf.

    • Please complete the Direct Debit Authorization Form with details of certificate owners/payor and details of the financial institutions/bank account holders. The Debit Form (3 rd Party) Bank Account Authorization Form is required if the account holders/payor of the institutions/banks used for contribution deduction is not the participant or the person covered of the certificate.

    • The Company has the right to charge customers for any / total outstanding due(s) for the certificate enrolled / assigned with payment method as Auto debit Debit/Credit Card to ensure that the certificate is active and customers to continue to enjoy protection from Takaful Ikhlas Family Berhad. The deduction will be deducted as per contribution amount of the certificate, if there is any outstanding amount, Auto debit deduction will done maximum two times in a month.

    • No receipt will be issued. Account holders are advised to check regularly their monthly Debit/Credit Card Statement/Bank Statement.

    • For rejected/unsuccessful billing, please refer to your bank for clarification as the explanations for the unsuccessful billing/deduction are solely meant for the affected Card holder only.

    • The Company will not be able to seek the details on the failed billing/deduction on behalf of debit account. This is also in line with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

  • CREDIT CARD / DEBIT CARD
    FAMILY TAKAFUL GENERAL TAKAFUL

    You may use Auto debit via Debit/Credit Card - Visa or - Master to pay your contribution. By using this service, we will automatically charge your registered Credit or Debit Card for contribution payment.

    Products

    Timing
    A period of five (5) days is required to process registration from received complete documentation.

    You can use Credit Card - Visa or Master to pay your contributions.

    You have an option to pay online by clicking:

    • Login maybank2u

    • Choose ‘Bill Payment” option

    • Choose “Make a one off Payment” option

    • Select Insurance and Takaful from list

    • Select Takaful IKHLAS - FAMILY or Takaful IKHLAS – Investment Linked from list

    • Key in certificate number and NRIC number

    • Complete the process

     

    You may opt to set recurring payment:

    • Choose the start and end date

    • Choose monthly Frequency

    • Click ‘PAY”

     

    Please key in correctly certificate number to ensure payment is match with your certificate number provided by us as stated in the takaful certificate contract.

    Payment for Motor Takaful:

    • Login maybank2u

    • Choose ‘Make a Payment” option

    • Choose “Make a one off Payment” option

    • Select Insurance and Takaful from list

    • Select Takaful IKHLAS General from list

    • Key in certificate number or vehicle reg. number AND vehicle owner NRIC

    • Save receipt as PDF and send to salamikhlas@takaful-ikhlas.com.my

  • JOM PAY
    FAMILY TAKAFUL GENERAL TAKAFUL

    JomPAY is a payment solution initiated by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) and developed by PayNet (a wholly-owned subsidiary of BNM) as a national e-payment initiative.

    It is an online payment through internet banking participated by 42 Malaysian banks using credit cards or bank accounts

    Steps to Make Payments with JomPAY

    1. Logon to Internet & Mobile Banking and search for JomPAY
    2. Pay From - You may choose your bank account or credit card account
    3. Enter Biller Code
      (Biller code for Takaful Ikhlas is 2121)
    4. Enter Reference Number :
      Reference Number 1 –Please enter the certificate number
      Reference Number 2 – Please enter NRIC follow by your phone number.
    5. Enter Pay amount
      NOTE: One transaction is for one certificate number.
    6. Agreed with the terms and condition and ‘PAY’
    7. Confirmation of Payment
      End of process - you have successful submit the payment

  • BIRO PERKHIDMATAN ANGKASA (BPA) DEDUCTION
    FAMILY TAKAFUL GENERAL TAKAFUL

    For government servants & monthly payment mode.

    No Documents Required
    1 Form BPA1/79
    2 ‘Borang Penentuan Had Kelayakan Caruman’
    3 Copy of IC (front and back)
    4 Copy of Salary Slip (verified by Employer Salary Unit

     

    Products
    Individual Retail Family Takaful only – Payment of Regular Contribution.

    Timing
    A period of five (5) days is required to process registration with BPA deduction from received complete documentation.

    Deduction by BPA started after we received approval and credited payment from salary unit.

  • SALARY DEDUCTION FOR PRIVATE COMPANY
    FAMILY TAKAFUL GENERAL TAKAFUL

    For selected private company only.

    No Documents Required
    1 Salary Deduction Instruction Form
    2 Copy of IC

     

    Selected Employer must have electronic transfer facility with banks
