Claims Procedure
3 Easy Steps for Claims Payment
Step 1-
Make a police report immediately after
the incident (if necessary)
Step 2-
Notify our claims department of the
incident and get the claim form to be filled
in at out nearest branch / download. Kindly refer
to the claims checklist for the required supporting
documents for each type of claim.
Step 3-
Wait for our approval letter to be delivered
to you. Sign the discharge voucher and return
it to us for payment.

Quotation for repair/reinstatement
Purchase/replacement invoice
Technical report from suppliers/repairers
on the nature and extend of damage sustained
Photograph depicting damages
2) Personal Accident
Injury:
Duly completed claim form
Medical leave chit (for disability compensation)
Salary slip (where sum covered is not on
fixed amount)
Medical report (attached to claim form)
Original medical bills
Copy of identity card
Police report (if involved in road accident)
Employment/Appointment letter (for group
where certificate is arranged on unnamed basis)
Fatal:
Duly completed claim form
Police report
Death certificate
Burial permit
Post mortem report. (if any)
Salary slip (where sum covered is not on
fixed amount)

3) Burglary
