as possible.
Our Motor Claims are divided into 3 types:
Own Damage Claim / Own Damage Knock for Knock (OD KFK)

Claims Procedure
4 Easy Steps for Claims Payment. You met with an accident and
wants to file a claim with us.
Step 1 - Make a police report immediately after the accident
Step 2 - Notify our claims department
/ agent / panel repairer of the accident and get the
claim form to be completed. If the vehicle can be driven,
send it to the nearest panel workshop, otherwise kindly
call our toll free number 1-800-88-1186 for towing
services.
Step 3 - Make sure you submit the
supporting documents to enable us to expedite your
claim.
Step 4 - Authorisation for repairs
would be issued to the workshop within 24 hours upon
receipt of estimate of repairs or adjustor’s
report.

Duly completed claim form
Original police report
Repairer’s estimate plus photographs depicting damages
Copy of registration card
Copy of participant’s identity card
Copy of driver’s identity card and driving license
Road tax disc
2) Motor Own Damage KFK
Duly completed claim form
Original police report
Repairer’s estimate plus photographs depicting damages
Copy of registration card
Copy of participant’s identity card
Copy of driver’s identity card and driving license
Road tax disc
Certified true copy of police findings
Certified true copy of third party police report
Certified true copy of police sketch plan and keys

3) Motor Theft/Total Loss/Constructive Total Loss/Fire
Duly completed claim form

JPJ K3 and JPJ K8 forms duly signed/company rubber stamp
