Claims Procedure : 3 Easy Steps for Claims Payment
Step 1 - Make a police report immediately after the incident.
Step 2 - Notify our claims department of the incident and get the claim form to be filled in at our nearest branch. Make sure you submit the supporting documents to enable us to expedite your claim.
Step 3 - Wait for our approval letter to be delivered to you within 3 days. Sign the discharge voucher and return it to us.
Please provide the following supporting documents:
- Police report
- Fire Dept. Report
- Quotation for the repairs and/or Replacement bill
- Photograph depicting damages
