we have great pleasure to ensure our assistance would reach you with the
shortest possible time through our Bantuan IKHLAS 24 Hours Emergency Roadside
Assistance service.

assistance in event of mechanical breakdown or road accident.
Assistance Services
1. Towing & Emergency Assistance.
If the vehicle breaks down and is immobilized, our call centre will
organize & pay up to a maximum of RM200.00 (RINGGIT MALAYSIA TWO HUNDRED)
on roadside repair and/or towing of the vehicle to the nearest repairer or
safe storage place or the drivers/passengers place of residence.
2. Roadside Assistance.
Includes delivery & installation of new battery, jumpstart, flat tyre
assistance & delivery of fuel (cost of tyre, battery & fuel are borne
by the participant).
3. Car Replacement.
MASA will provide Car Replacement for three (3) days. For Motor Accident
claim above RM10,000.00 will be on a reimbursement basis and up to a maximum
of RM300.00 (RINGGIT MALAYSIA THREE HUNDRED) only.
4. Alternative Travel Assistance
Members’ car takes an alternative one (1) way mode of transportation by road,
rail or air. MASA will pay for such transportation on a reimbursement basic up
to RM100.00 (RINGGIT MALAYSIA ONE HUNDRED) provided the member is traveling at
least 100 km away from residence at the time the vehicle is immobilized due
to normal breakdown for more than forty eight (48) hours. **vehicle must be
inspected and repaired at MASA appointed workshops only.
5. Alternative Accommodation Assistance.
MASA will arrange hotel accommodation for one (1) night stay on a reimbursement
basis up to RM100.00 (RINGGIT MALAYSIA ONE HUNDRED) provided the member is
traveling at least 100 km away from residence at the time the vehicle is immobilized
due to normal breakdown for more than forty eight (48) hours. **vehicle must be
inspected and repaired at MASA appointed workshops only.
6. Emergency Evacuation Assistance.
In the event of an accident MASA will arrange for ambulance or other means of
transportation to send the member to the nearest medical centre or hospital.
7. Vehicle Repatriation Assistance
If the vehicle repair works cannot be carried out locally or in the workshop
in which the vehicle has been towed to as in Section 3.1 Towing and Emergency
Assistance), MASA will assist the member in the repatriation of the vehicle
to the member’s home at the cost of the member. The member must pay the said
cost immediately and in full.
8. Notification in the event of an emergency
In the event of an emergency, MASA will undertake to keep the member’s
immediate family or company informed of any such situation.
9. PUSPAKOM Computerised Vehicle Inspection
To ensure the roadworthiness of the vehicle, the member can send their vehicle
to any of PUSPAKOM centres nationwide for an 8-point inspection and enjoy
RM5.00 (RINGGIT MALAYSIA FIVE) discount. Members must inform MASA Call
Centre prior to inspection.
10. Privileged CAR Rentals.
Members will enjoy up to 30% discount on car rentals from AVIS on condition
that the member is above the age of 23, is a valid credit card holder and in
possession of a valid driving license. All car rentals and other costs incurred
will be borne totally and directly by the member.
11. Privileged Hotels and Resorts.
Member will enjoy special discounts up to 50% at selected hotels and resorts.
