Agents

• Full Time or Part Time
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Pass MTA Peperiksaan Asas Takaful/MII PCE and CEILI (if required) / Related course recognized by Takaful IKHLAS
• Attend Wasilah Kesejahteraan 1 ( WK 1), Career Induction Program (CIP), Developing Effective Advising Skills I & II ( DEAS I & II )
• Minimum SPM / Other Insurance Qualification recognized by Takaful IKHLAS
• Submitting at least 1 (one) case together with the appointment
• A discharged bankrupt , if applicable

Career Path

Your career with Takaful IKHLAS is well supported not only by your Agency Leader but we also have scheduled regular Takaful Opportunity Programs ( TOP) as the platform to give the explanation to our new recruits.

From your position as an Agent your next level is Assistance Unit Manager ( AUM ) where you manage and build a group of your own, before moving on as Unit Manager ( UM) and Agency Manager ( AM ) as part of your career growth with the company.
