Agents

• Full Time or Part Time


• Minimum 18 years of age


• Pass MTA Peperiksaan Asas Takaful/MII PCE and CEILI (if required) / Related course recognized by Takaful IKHLAS


• Attend Wasilah Kesejahteraan 1 ( WK 1), Career Induction Program (CIP), Developing Effective Advising Skills I & II ( DEAS I & II )


• Minimum SPM / Other Insurance Qualification recognized by Takaful IKHLAS


• Submitting at least 1 (one) case together with the appointment


• A discharged bankrupt , if applicable

Career Path

Your career with Takaful IKHLAS is well supported not only by your Agency Leader but we also have scheduled regular Takaful Opportunity Programs (TOP) as the platform to give the explanation to our new recruits.

From your position as an Agent, your next level will be the Assistance Unit Manager (AUM) where you will manage and build a group of your own, before moving on as Unit Manager (UM) and Agency Manager (AM) as part of your career growth with the company.

At the moment, our Agency Manager are hiring. Interviewing for agents will be scheduled accordingly.
