What IKHLAS Public Liability Plan covers?

IKHLAS PUBLIC LIABILITY TAKAFUL covers the participant who is legally liable to pay as damages or compensation and costs in respect of:

i) Bodily injury/illness and/or loss or damages to third party’s property
ii) As a result of an accident arising from the business within the territorial limit of the certificate

EXCLUSIONS

a) Property belonging to or under the custody of the participant
b) Employees of the participant
c) losses caused by contamination pollution
d) contractual liability - i.e. liability assumed by the participant under agreement
e) loss caused by vibration / weakening of support
f) losses arising form vehicles licensed for road use
g) accidents caused by deliberate act of the participant
h) damage caused by any vessel , craft, or aircraft.
