What does IKHLAS Public Liability Plan covers?
IKHLAS PUBLIC LIABILITY TAKAFUL covers the participant
who is legally liable to pay damages or compensation
and costs in respect of:
i) Bodily injury/illness and/or loss or damages
to third party’s property
ii) As a result of an accident arising from the business
within the territorial limit of the certificate
Exclusions

Property belonging to or under the custody of
the participant |

Employees of the participant |
c) |
Losses caused by contamination pollution |
d) |
Contractual liability - i.e. liability assumed
by the participant under agreement |

Loss caused by vibration / weakening of support |
f) |
Losses arising from vehicles licensed for road use |
g) |
Accidents caused by deliberate act of the participant |
h) |
Damage caused by any vessel, craft, or aircraft |
