This product offers 3 types of plans as shown below:

The above contribution is excluding stamp duty.

BENEFITS

a) Plan 1- Own

Accidental Death or Total Permanent Disability
In the event of death or total permanent and disability of the participant due to accidental causes, a sum of RM 20,000 is payable to the participant’s beneficiary or next of kin.

Immediate Death Expenses
RM 500 is payable upon proof of death within 2 working days

Daily Hospital Benefit
Daily hospital benefit of RM 30.00 per person in the event of hospital confinement due to accident subject to a maximum of 30 days any one period of takaful (excluding the first day)

b) Plan 2- Own & Spouse

Accidental Death or Total Permanent Disability
In the event of death or total permanent and disability of the participant due to accidental causes, a sum, of RM 30.000 is payable to the participant’s beneficiary or next of kin. The beneficiary will also receive RM 10,000 should death or TPD occurs to the spouse due to the same cause.

Immediate Death Expenses
RM 500 is payable upon proof of death within 2 working days. Benefit to the spouse is RM 500.

Daily Hospital Benefit
Daily hospital benefit of RM 50.00 per person in the event of hospital confinement due to accident subject to a maximum of 30 days. (excluding the first day) any one period of takaful.

The spouse on the other hand, will also receive RM 20.00 for hospitalization due to the same cause subject to a maximum of 30 days any one period of takaful (excluding the first day)

c) Plan 3- Family

Accidental Death or Total Permanent Disability
In the event of death or total permanent and disability of the participant due to accidental causes, a sum of RM 30,000 is payable to the participant’s beneficiary or next of kin. The beneficiary will also receive RM 10,000 should death or TPD occurs to the spouse due to the same cause. Should the child die or suffer TPD due to the same cause, the beneficiary will receive RM 2,000 for each child.

Immediate Death Expenses
RM 500 is payable upon proof of death within 2 working days. Benefit to the spouse is RM 500 and RM 300 for each child.

Daily Hospital Benefit
Daily hospital benefit of RM 50.00 per person in the event of hospital confinement due to accident subject to a maximum of 30 days any one period of takaful .(excluding the first day)

The spouse on the other hand, will receive RM 20 and child RM 10 each for hospitalization due to the same cause subject to a maximum of 30 days any one period of takaful (excluding the first day)
