What IKHLAS Money Plan covers?

Basically, there are three main categories under the IKHLAS MONEY TAKAFUL certificate:

a) MONEY IN TRANSIT
To indemnify the participant against the loss of money whilst it is being conveyed from the participant’s premises to participant’s bank or vice versa accompanied by authorised employees.

b) MONEY IN PREMISES
To indemnify the participant for loss of money i.e. by forcible and violent entry upon the premises as a result of armed robbery or robbery with violence.

c) DAMAGE TO PREMISES
Damage to Participant’s safe or strong rooms following forcible and violent entry or attempt thereat.

EXCLUSIONS

a) Shortage due to accounting error.
b) Dishonest act of employees, partners or participant.
c) War exclusion - SRCC, rebellion, revolution etc.
d) Nuclear reactions, nuclear radiation or radioactive contamination.
e) Loss due to use of any key or duplicate thereof irrespective whether the key belongs to the participant or not
