What IKHLAS Fidelity Guarantee Plan covers?

a) The Takaful Company undertakes that it will pay for any direct loss of money or property through any dishonest or criminal acts committed by any of the employees of the participant in the course of their duties.

b) Under this cover the loss must be notified within 6 months from the date of termination of this agreement or not later than 6 months after death or dismissal or retirement of the defaulting employees.

c) Whichever shall happen first.

EXCLUSIONS

a) Any misstatement of fact affecting the risk is made at the time affecting this agreement.

b) Checking for securing accuracy of accounts and limiting the amount of monies received by or entrusted to any employees not be duly observed by the Participant.

c) Any change in the circumstances and conditions of the employment of the employee without the consent of the company.

d) The participant continues to entrust any employee with money whatsoever after having discovered the dishonest act committed by the employee.
