Introduction

Car Replacement Programme (CRP) is exclusively designed for IKHLAS Motor Comprehensive Takaful participants.

Simply follow 3 simple steps and a replacement car will be immediately provided to you in the event of an accident or theft of your vehicle.

With CRP, you don't have to worry for not having a vehicle to continue with your daily activities while waiting for your new or repaired vehicle.

Package Option

	Package 1 - RM90 Package 2 - RM57 Unlimited replacement of cars for any one covered vehicle for a period of 12 months. Unlimited replacement of cars for any one covered vehicle for a period of 12 months Each replacement shall be limited to a period of not more than 14 days including pick up and return date. Each replacement shall be limited to a period of not more than 7 days including pick up and return date.

3 Simple Steps

Replacement car collection process

Step 1
Customer calls CRP Centre in the event of accident of vehicle or loss due to theft. CRP personnel will provide the nearest collection centre.

Step 2
Customer / authorized person to produce I/C, valid driving license, police report and authorization letter (if applicable).

Step 3
Once all documents are confirmed, the replacement vehicle will be handed to customer for use.
