What does IKHLAS Burglary Plan cover?
IKHLAS BURGLARY TAKAFUL provides coverage for loss
or damage to the property covered by burglary whilst
contained in the business or trade premises. There
must be visible marks of forcible entry on the exterior
of the premises. Damage to the premises as a result
of attempted entry by burglary is also covered under
this plan.
Important note: IKHLAS Fire Takaful must also be
placed with Takaful IKHLAS in order for us to accept the
IKHLAS BURGLARY TAKAFUL.
Exclusions

Loss due to fraudulent, dishonest or criminal
acts of the participant or employees |
b) |
War, strike, riot, civil commotion and malicious
damage |
c) |
Loss of manuscripts, records or accounts |
d) |
Nuclear reaction, records or radioactive contaminations |
e) |
Mere disappearance, storage or consequential loss |
f) |
Loss occurring while there is any change in the
condition of the risk |
g) |
Damage by vandalism or malicious mischief |
